The Czech Republic is expected to officially receive its first KC-390 Millennium during the Farnborough International Airshow, becoming the fourth country to operate Embraer's military transport aircraft after Brazil, Portugal and Hungary.
The aircraft flew to the Czech Republic in recent weeks, but the formal delivery ceremony has not yet taken place. Embraer has scheduled a christening ceremony for the Czech Air Force's KC-390 on July 20, the opening day of the airshow.

The delivery will add another NATO operator to the KC-390 program, which has steadily expanded in Europe. Besides Brazil, Portugal, Hungary and the Czech Republic, the aircraft has also been selected by the Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, and Slovakia, with additional campaigns underway in other countries.
Embraer will bring the KC-390 to Farnborough for both the static display and the flying display program.

The manufacturer will also exhibit an E195-E2 passenger jet, while Eve Air Mobility will present a full-scale mock-up of its eVTOL aircraft.
Farnborough opens on July 20 and is expected to feature a series of commercial and defense announcements from the world's leading aerospace manufacturers. Embraer has scheduled its annual press conference for July 21.
