Organizers of the Farnborough International Airshow have released the first list of aircraft and demonstration teams confirmed for the 2026 event, which will take place from July 20 to 24 in Hampshire, United Kingdom.
The initial lineup includes military aircraft, commercial airliners, business jets, advanced air mobility concepts and historic warbirds. Additional participants are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

The U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team will headline the flying display and is scheduled to perform its only public flight demonstration in Europe during 2026. The Royal Air Force will also participate with a Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4 flypast, while the Czech Air Force is expected to send an L-159 for a flypast and a JAS 39 Gripen for the static display.
Among commercial aircraft confirmed for the flying program are the Airbus A350-1000, Embraer's C-390 Millennium military transport and Bombardier's Global 8000 business jet, which is currently undergoing certification ahead of entry into service.

The show will also feature several next-generation aviation projects, including BETA Technologies' CX300 electric aircraft and Vertical Aerospace's VA-1X eVTOL. GE Aerospace is expected to participate with a Saab 340B test aircraft.
Historic aviation will be represented by a Rolls-Royce-operated Supermarine Spitfire PR Mk.XIX and a P-51D Mustang from Ultimate Warbird Flights. The Starlings Aerobatic Team and the RAF Falcons parachute display team are also part of the first confirmed lineup.

For the static exhibition, organizers have already confirmed aircraft including DHL Air UK's Boeing 777-200LR freighter conversion, Embraer's E195-E2, BETA Technologies' MV250 and General Atomics AeroTec Systems' Do228 NXT.

Farnborough is one of the world's largest aerospace trade events and traditionally serves as a venue for aircraft announcements, industry agreements and product launches. The previous edition, held in 2024, attracted more than 100,000 visitors and 1,500 exhibitors from over 60 countries, according to the organizers.

The 2026 edition will conclude with a dedicated STEM day on July 24, when students, apprentices and young visitors will have access to aviation and aerospace career activities alongside the airshow program.
