Despite persistent supply chain challenges, Embraer marked its best third quarter for commercial aircraft deliveries in eight years. The Brazilian manufacturer delivered 20 jets between July and September, the highest Q3 tally since 2017, when it shipped 25 units.
The quarter’s deliveries included 11 E195-E2s, seven E175s, and two E190-E2s. With these, Embraer has delivered 46 commercial aircraft so far in 2025. The company has set a target of 77 to 85 commercial jets for the year.
Historically, the fourth quarter accounts for a significant share of Embraer’s deliveries, particularly in December. That trend suggests the company is on track: it needs to deliver 31 more aircraft over the next three months—the same number it delivered in Q4 2024.

Total Deliveries Reach 62 Aircraft
Including executive and defense aircraft, Embraer delivered 62 units in the third quarter, four more than in the same period last year. Business jets remain the company’s largest segment, with 41 delivered in Q3 and 102 in the first nine months of 2025—16 more than the same period in 2024.
On the defense side, Embraer handed over a single KC-390 transport to the Brazilian Air Force during the quarter, while several others remain in production. Year-to-date, the company has delivered five defense aircraft—one KC-390 and four A-29 Super Tucanos—compared with three KC-390s in 2024.
Embraer will provide an update on its backlog and new orders on October 21, ahead of its third-quarter earnings call scheduled for early November.
