The Cessna SkyCourier has entered service in the Philippines following its first delivery to Leading Edge Air Services Corporation (LEASCOR), a wholly owned subsidiary of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative. The aircraft delivered is a 19-passenger variant equipped with an optional passenger-to-freighter conversion kit.
The SkyCourier has been in service since 2022, with initial deliveries focused on the freighter version for FedEx. Of the 64 aircraft delivered to date, 39 are operated by the freighter company. Production has largely centered on North American customers, with only four aircraft operating outside the region prior to this delivery.

Textron Aviation has delivered between 14 and 17 SkyCourier aircraft annually since 2023. In 2026, 10 aircraft have been delivered so far.
LEASCOR was established in 2016 as the air chartering division of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative. The cooperative serves members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and other uniformed personnel, including active service members, retirees, reservists, and civilian employees.

The 19-passenger SkyCourier delivered to LEASCOR features a configuration that allows operators to quickly transition between full passenger and full cargo missions. This flexibility supports a range of domestic transport, tourism, and logistics operations in the Philippines.
The Cessna SkyCourier is a twin-engine, high-wing turboprop designed for air freight, commuter, and special mission operations. It is available in both freighter and passenger variants, with optional kits for conversion between configurations or a Combi setup that accommodates up to nine passengers alongside freight.

The freighter variant can carry up to three LD3 shipping containers with a payload capacity of 6,000 pounds. The passenger version features large cabin windows and can seat up to 19 passengers. Both variants offer single-point pressure refueling, two crew doors, and a large side door for cargo or passenger access.
The aircraft is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-65SC turboprop engines and uses McCauley C779 four-blade propellers. It is equipped with Garmin G1000 NXi avionics, has a maximum cruise speed of over 200 ktas, and a maximum range of 900 nautical miles.
